Walter J Sedlock III

Wally serves as a member of the board of directors, and as Secretary, of The Hancock Group, Inc.  Also, as President, CEO, & COO of Hancock Capital Management, Inc., Wally directs the activities of the Registered Investment Advisory firm to achieve its strategic objectives.  This includes long-term planning as well as oversight of day-to-day operations and technology.  As Chief Compliance Officer, he develops and monitors the investment firm’s compliance program.

Wally also advises clients on their investment portfolios and other needs based on their financial goals.  He has been with The Hancock Group, Inc. since 2004.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University.  He also holds the Series 7, 63, 65 and 24 securities licenses with FINRA.

Wally lives in Hollidaysburg, PA with his wife and three daughters.
